After finishing university, he decided to leave Brazil to pursue his financial education in the United States and Europe. In 2018, he founded XFy concept, a platform that focused on providing financial solutions to businesses in the commodities market. Through XFy, Vitor aimed to streamline the process of financing transactions between buyers and sellers in the commodities space, making it easier for businesses to operate and grow.

As XFy began to gain traction, Mr. Gijsen continued to refine his vision for the company. In 2020, he found himself in the Amazon, where he witnessed firsthand the impact that financial exclusion can have on local communities. This experience inspired him to develop XFy’s blockchain technology further, with a focus on serving small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in emerging markets. By leveraging the power of blockchain technology, Vitor believes that XFy can help SMEs overcome the financial hurdles that have long prevented them from accessing the capital they need to grow and thrive.
